Make sure you do not lose information about your prospects and customers. Follow the steps carefully.

You will not be able to delete the user if EasyDeal is set to this person's name on one of the computers.

  1. In Management / Salesperson inscription.
  2. It is important to transfer leads and customers before deleting the user. If you do not wish to transfer or retain these customers / prospects, go to paragraph 4.
  3. Click Transfer Clients. In the Transfer window use the drop-down menu to select Clients or Prospects or All the Databases. Under Clients from, choose the person you will eventually delete. In the Clients window, you can select one or more names that you want to transfer, or select no names if you want to transfer them all. Choose the name of the user who will receive the selected names under Clients to. At the bottom of this window choose Transfer this or these client(s) or Transfer ALL clients according to your needs. If you are transferring only one name, a message will offer Transfer the sale and all statistics to the new salesperson or Transfer only the client to the new salesperson. If you choose the first option, all past transactions made in EasyDeal will be transferred to the new salesperson. This choice will have an impact on reports and statistics. If you choose the second option, the first user will be considered as the salesperson in the statistics but the customer will be transferred to the new salesperson's Quotation bank as well as follow-ups as appropriate. When the transfer is complete, click BACK.
  4. In the drop-down menu at the top left, select the name of the person you want to delete. Click Delete salesperson at the top right of the window.
