To produce reports in Excel (xlsx) format.

• Click on CRM, Statistics, XLS / Excel Report, Inventory.

• Top right select one or more of the following choices, In stock, To deliver, Delivered, On order.

• On your left select Vehicles type, New vehicles, Used vehicles.

• Now click on Add a new report format. Enter the name of your report. This report will now appear in the drop-down menu at the top left of the screen.

• In the central window select the fields (multiple selection works with the Ctrl on your keyboard) that you want to include in your report and click Add or double click to validate your choices. Note that it is possible to remove certain items and change their order using the up / down arrows on the right side of the screen.

• Click to Save current format.

• It is possible to save several types of reports according to your needs.

• There is also a Delete current format button to delete the reports you no longer want to use.

• Use the Change button to choose where your report will be saved.


In addition, these reports can be produced from the New vehicle inventory window and the Used vehicle inventory window. It is important to note that the list of vehicles will be based on the filters used and will contain only selected vehicles.
