To complete this action, the Allow complete prospect management setting must be YES in Salesperson inscription.

If a transaction is canceled and you wish to return the vehicle (new or used) to the Easydeal inventory.

  • On the Easydeal home page, click Quotation bank, Vehicles to be delivered.
  • In the drop-down menu at the top of the window choose All or the name of the representative who made the transaction. Clients appear in the middle window. You can also use the Client Search button on the right side of the SALESPERSON window.
  • When you have found the customer, select it and choose Delete Contract. The Delete Contract check box is already selected. Be sure to select Restore to the vehicle inventory. It is also possible to Delete the prospect and Remove from clients database.

Now click OK to complete your action.

The vehicle is now available in your inventory for a new quote.
