SQL SERVER does not exist or the access is denied : Support

When you try to open EasyDeal and you get this error message ''SQL SERVER does not exist or the access is denied'' (There are 2 reasons)

1) SQL server agent is off on EasyDeal Server computer

2) When you try to access Server computer in the network and it ask for a network USERNAME/PASSWORD

a) Your IT technician should have this information.
